Harp Fest NZ 2026 Workshop/Meal/Merch Information and Order Forms
Harp Fest NZ 2026 — Workshop Selection
HFNZ26 workshop information can be found here.
Choose carefully, we will be allocating classrooms according to the number registered for each workshop (there is one small classroom and one large classroom and the pedal harp workshops will be in the auditorium all weekend) and you might not be able to change on the day if there is no space in that room.
Note 'Harp Art' is in the 'presentations and talks' time after lunch. This session is for harpists 8 years and older, and limited to the first 15 who register. You will be sent a list of suggested items you might like to bring for the workshop.
Note also - Unfortunately Ailie Robertson is no longer able to attend Harp Fest NZ (thanks to the orange twit for firing up things in the Middle East) Her workshops and presentation will be held as zoom workshops after Harp Fest - attendees will be notified in due course.
Submit your workshop choices here.

Harp Fest NZ 2026 — Meal Orders and Merchandise
Harp Fest NZ pre-ordered meals will be served in the dining hall. We apologise if the limited range of food, or if the repetition of this food does not suit you.
Gluten intolerance - while all food is prepared with the greatest of care in commercial kitchens, we cannot guarantee that any food (aside from the sealed pack of biscuits and fruit) will be contamination free. Any food labelled as gluten free does not contain any added gluten. Unfortunately we are not able to fully safeguard against all allergies or fulfil individual preferences and requests.
Allergens lists are below for Subway, Sushi, Pizza.
If you have many questions about what's in the food/what we're ordering, it's perhaps best that you plan to bring your own food as we won't be able to supply you with more information at this stage.
If our food choices don’t suit you, please feel free to shop elsewhere and bring your own food/snacks/drinks to the venue, and you are very welcome to eat in the dining hall with other attendees.
As both Friday and Sunday are public holidays, many supermarkets and many eateries will not be open.
Following completion of this order form you will be sent a confirmation email with our bank account number on it. This is a manual process, so please be patient with us and only contact us if you haven’t heard within 72 hours of submitting your order. If there are a large number of orders that come in all at once, the processing time may be longer - please bear with us. You will be asked to pay by Friday 27 March (NZ time) at the latest to ensure your food is ordered.
Meal details – we will be ordering the food as catering platters from which you will choose your meal. You can either bring your own plate, pre-order one here, or balance your food on a napkin. We have the use of the dining hall, but not of the full kitchen facilities, so please bring anything else you think you will need.
Tea, coffee, milk and sugar, hot water – available at all times – BYO mug or order a travel mug on the form. There will be facilities available where you can wash out your mug etc.
Water stations in the dining hall and PAS – BYO water bottle.
Subway sandwiches (Friday and Sunday lunches) – your order consists of 2 x 3 inch chunks/wraps, one small packet of biscuits and a piece of fruit.
Sushi – (Saturday and Monday lunches) your order consists of 6 pieces of sushi, one small packet of biscuits and a piece of fruit.
Pizza – (Dinners) your order consists of 3 pieces of pizza, a slice of cake/biscuit and a piece of fruit.
Breakfast Boxes - simple sustenance - nothing flash - but if you don't have time to shop, you might like to order a breakfast box for in your motel. These will be available for collection from The Haven motel on the afternoon of Thursday 2 April and morning of Friday 3 April. After that they will be available from the Harp Fest Hub.
Merch - mugs, bags, pencil cases, souvenir programme, cross stitch kit, beaded lanyard
There will be limited amount of merch available at Harp Fest NZ - we'd prefer you pre-order your merch so we have just the right amount for everyone!
The Food/Merch order form has been designed so you can order for just one, one very hungry person, or several people on one form and however many pieces of merch you like. We will confirm this with you before charging you.
Submit your meal/merch order here
Orders must be made by 5pm, Friday 27 March (NZ time) to allow us to compile the orders and get them to those providing the service.
